These past few days have a been a whirlwind of activity... actually, more like the past 2 weeks. So much has happened, and i'm still not sure if it's over, and i'm still trying to recover. Much has happened, many good things, some bad... but overall, very memorable, one to go down in the books. Lets see, i went to NY and had a good look at Columbia. I'm really excited about school. Sick huh? I thought i'd be totally done with school and beyond happy to not see any more problem sets and finals, but i'm going back for more. But somehow, after a one year break, i'm okay now. My whole ny trip is kind of a blur. I don't really remember what we did. I just remember we just bummed around and watched a movie on saturday. I think we watched unfaithful (i'm not sure), but anyways, that movie was really WEIRD. Totally screws with your head and makes you rethink about getting married. Why? The wife goes out and has this crazy affair. And the sad part is that the husband (richard gere(sp?)) is basically a model husband. Ya, it was really weird. Left this sour taste in my mouth afterwards... just felt like "ugh... whoa..."
Went to yale. Saw my old roommate. Man, it's funny how you think some people might change in a new setting, not really. Han's still plain ol' Han. Man, i miss hanging out with him and doing stupid stuff together. Let me tell you, yale is one BORING campus. Nothing much bars and drunk people at night, and all the architecture is based around the ol' english style, like oxford and the likes. But ya, it was an interesting evening with an old friend.
After i came back from that weekend, went straight to Grand Canyon Resort again to go work on their website. Check it out. It's coming along quite nicely Grand Canyon Resort. We went out there to go finish the website since the rafting season started and it's pretty important that it's done before the season gets into full swing. The funny thing was that we flew into Vegas, and we ended up trying to eat breakfast at New York, New York Hotel & Casino. That was really trippy, going to the Las Vegas version of where i just was. But ya, i was really tired and just burned out from all the traveling and driving. Had a really good time though. It's so funny how different parts of the country can be so different. Really feels like a foreign land...
Man, this blog sucks. I feel like this is just a boring synopsis of my boring life. Who even reads this? Let me know... Comment below. I'm just curious. Do you guys even read this? Holla back!
